There's no time-limited free trial. The Free tier gives you 15 minutes of recording (lifetime) and 5 AI requests (lifetime) so you can try Notella end-to-end. When you're ready, the monthly plan is $19.99 with no commitment, or $8.33/month equivalent if you go annual.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription ends at the next billing date. No grace period, no win-back dark patterns. Re-subscribe any time.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes — switch in the App Store or web app subscription settings. The annual price kicks in at the next renewal.
Do you offer team or institutional pricing?
Not today. If you are a department or school interested in bulk access, email contactus@notella.app.
What if my school recording is in another language?
Notella supports 50+ languages for transcription. Quality is highest for English; non-English accuracy depends on accent and audio clarity.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are handled by the App Store for iOS purchases (Apple's standard refund policy applies). For web subscriptions, email contactus@notella.app within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
